Sari, Feb 24, ECOIDEAL – A senior energy official said on Saturday that since past seven months 2.2 million barrels of crude oil have been swapped from littoral states of the Caspian Sea and unloaded in Neka Oil Terminal before being transferred to Tehran and Tabriz oil refineries.
