ECONOMIC IDEAL – Tehran, Jan 11, IRNA – Iran exports $200m chandeliers to neighboring countries, managing director of chandeliers cooperatives said on Friday.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the 26th chandeliers exhibition Mohammad Reza Qareh Yazi said the figure is subject to increase.
Yazdi said the chandeliers industry can bring foreign currency to country at the moment.
Iran is among the first five exporters of chandeliers, he added.
Iraq, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are among the most important exports markets for Iran, he noted.
The event is to be underway in Tehran International Exhibition Center until January 14.
