ECONOMIC IDEAL – Baghdad, April 22, IRNA – Iraqi Minister of Health and Environment Alaeddin Alvan reiterated on Monday that the US unilateral sanctions will leave no impact on Iran-Iraq cooperation.
Talking to IRNA late on Monday, Alvan said after his meeting with his Iranian counterpart Saeed Namaki bilateral relations will not be affected by such issues, as Iraq is trying to promote collaboration in the health sector.
Referring to the memoranda of understanding (MoUs) signed earlier between the two countries’ health ministries, he pointed out that the issues have nothing to with the US unilateral sanctions, as the two countries are trying to further improve bilateral relations.
