Tehran (ecoideal) – During weekdays ending up to August 9, approximately 597,567 MT of commodities worth over 353 million USD were traded in Iran Mercantile Exchange.
According to the report from IME International Affairs and PR, last week, on the domestic and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, 156,334 MT of various products worth close to 118 million USD were traded.
On this trading floor, 143,600 MT of steel, 12,585 MT of copper, 4 Kg of gold bullion, 12 MT of precious metal concentrates as well as 140 MT of molybdenum concentrates were traded by the customers.
The report declares that on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 311,990 MT of different commodities with the total value of 193 million USD were traded.
On this trading floor, more than 90,429 MT of bitumen, 59,152 MT of polymer products, 52,176 MT of VB feed stock, 21,000 MT of lube cut oil, 52,176 MT of chemical products, 1,680 MT of sulfur, 270 MT of insulation, 1,000 MT of slaps waxes as well as 713 MT of oil were traded.
Moreover, on the agricultural trading floor of IME, 94,607 MT of various commodities worth over 42 million USD were traded. On this trading floor, 42,439 MT of sugar, 52,165 MT of wheat as well as 3.645 tonnes of saffron were traded by customers.
