ECONOMIC IDEAL – Beijing, Oct 23, IRNA- Iran Ambassador in Japan Morteza Rahmani Movahed says tourism relations between Iran and Japan are expanding.
Rahmani made the remarks in a meeting with the Commissioner for Tourism agency of Japan Hiroshi Tabata on threshold of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tourism Agency.
Terming the Iran-Japan cooperation in the tourism industry ‘friendly’, Rahmani commented on cultural interactions and the special events of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of relations between the two countries.
Asked to comment on the spirit of the MoU for tourism cooperation, Tabataon expressed hope for the development of bilateral relations in all areas and said the MoU signing is on the agenda of the Japanese Tourism Agency, which will soon finalize it.
Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Japan, while appreciating the follow-up by the Japanese Tourism Agency, to sign the MoU, expressed Iran’s readiness for tourism cooperation with Japan either in Tokyo or Tehran.
