ECONOMIC IDEAL – Tehran, Nov 10, IRNA – Iraqi prime minister on Saturday inaugurated Baghdad international fair.
The 45th edition of Iraq's International fair kicked off in the presence of the country's Premier Adil Abdul-Mahdi and representatives of 70 countries which have attended the event.
In the meantime, Iranian Ambassador to Iraq Iraj Masjedi inaugurated Iran's pavilion.
A sum of 53 Iranian companies participated at the Baghdad International fair, the Commercial Attaché at the Iranian Embassy in Iraq Naser Behzad told Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
He noted that various Iranian companies active in fields of engineering and technical services, carpet, food, clothing, home appliances and car manufacturing are present in this international exhibition.
Iran, Italy, India, UK, Japan, Jordan, Syria, Tunisia, Indonesia, France, South Korea and Pakistan are the main participants at the event.
Baghdad International Fairground is one of the most popular and among the largest fair ground of the Iraq. It facilitates with all type of modern amenities needed to organize different type event and shows.
