ECONOMIC IDEAL – Tehran (ISNA) – China is Iran’s biggest and main trade partner with $8.3 billion, followed by Iraq with $8.2 billion, Iran Customs Administration’s head, Mehdi Mirashrafi said.

Iran’s oil and nonoil exports to Iraq have reached $40 billion during first 11 months of the Iranian fiscal year, Mirashrafi said.
On the sidelines of his visit to Bandar-e Emam Khomeyni, Khuzestan, the Iranian official told reporters, “Khuzestan has maritime and land border with Iraq and visiting customs centers of the region is one of the purposes of my trip to Khuzestan to advance infrastructures, so that Khuzestan can increase its share in maritime and border trades with Iraq”.
