ECONOMIC IDEAL – Tehran (ISNA) – During weekdays ending up to December 26, approximately 530,190 MT of commodities worth over 523 million USD were traded on Iran Mercantile Exchange.
According to the report from IME International Affairs and PR, last week, on the domestic and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, 167,603 MT of various products worth close to 178 million USD were traded.
On this trading floor, 109,691 MT of steel, 3,480 MT of copper, 3,880 MT of aluminum, 160 MT of molybdenum concentrates, 12 MT of precious metal concentrates, 580 MT of zinc ingot and 5,000 MT of iron ore as well as 2 kg of gold bullion were traded by customers.
The report declares that on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 359,697 MT of different commodities with the total value of 354 million USD were traded.
On this trading floor, 92,429 MT of bitumen, 133,300 MT of VB feed stock, 79,998 MT of polymer products, 100 MT of lube cut oil, 35,194 MT of chemical products, 310 MT of slaps axes, 310 MT of insulation, 3,006 MT of base oil, as well as 13,000 MT of sulfur were traded.
Furthermore, 2,890 MT of commodities were traded on the side market of IME.
