Tehran (ecoideal) – Iranian minister of industry, mine and trade announced that car manufacturing has grown 21 percent during the first seven months of the current fiscal year (started March 21).
“Car manufacturing in Iran during the first seven months of the current fiscal year has had a 21% rise compared with last year’s corresponding period,” Iranian minister of industry, mine and trade Mohammad Shariatmadari said.
“During the seven months, the production of bus, van and minibus and the manufacturing of truck and trailer have had 83% and 18% rise respectively compared with last year’s corresponding period,” he added.
“The production of combine harvester and tractor has also had 123% and 24% rise respectively, comparing to the last year corresponding period,” Shariatmadari went on to say.
