TEHRAN (ECOIDEAL)- Parliament Speaker of Guinea Conakry Claude Kory Kondiano called for expansion of mutual cooperation with Iran, specially in economic and trade fields.
"There is a need for Iran and Guinea Conakry to make the optimum use of their capacities in the economic and trade fields," Kory Kondiano said in a meeting with Iranian Ambassador to Guinea Conakry Hamid Reza Vahid Kiani on Sunday night.
The Guinea Conakry's parliament speaker, meantime, expressed pleasure over the existing mutual cooperation between the two countries, and said that his country is willing to share Iran's experiences in technology and technical engineering fields.
The Iranian ambassador to Guinea Conakry submitted an invitation letter by Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani to his counterpart to attend the OIC parliament Union Conference in Tehran.
The 13th OIC parliament union conference is to be hosted by the Iranian parliament in Tehran on January 16-17, 2018.
Guinea Conakry is located in northwestern Africa and has a population of 10 million, 85 percent of whom are Muslims.
